What Grade AA means
A grader checks four things, mostly at the lamp.
AA is the top of the scale. A and B sit below it.

| Yolk | Outline faint when the egg is turned at the lamp | Outline fairly well defined | Outline plainly visible. May be enlarged and flattened |
